This week we sit down with the Magnolia Hatter herself, Ms. Mia Montero.

In this episode, we look at the world of production from an on-stage perspective. Mia is a creative that desires to invite you into whatever she is working on so that you will be able to connect instead of just observe. Mia is driven by her "why" and because of this, she is in a stage of learning: how to lead, how to make, how to not catch an apartment on fire, etc.

As you lead, remember to keep learning. Put yourself in places and situations that give you a challenge. And always check yourself and your heart.
